Operetta House Apartment - Larnaca

This place is clean, stylish and situated in a particularly good and stunning spot, set on a lovely square rather close to the sea.

Charming and clean place. Nicely furnished and big rooms overall with balcony. Excellent and stunning setting very close to bus station sea shore, shops, restaurants, an excellent restaurant and the Finikoudes. Btw, located in center of town.

We truly enjoyed that it was clean.

The value for our money was really good and the room was pretty good. The spaciousness, cleanliness, and comfortable amenities made our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with a fine view of St. Lazarus church and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with a free coffee and snack in the morning.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and close to restaurants and nightlife. The view of the nearby church from our room was simply magical. The room was cleaned daily and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We also appreciated the off-street parking nearby and the convenience of an early check-in. a fantastic experience!

The only downside was the noise from a nearby cafe that played live music until midnight.

The rooms at Operetta House were really cozy and comfortable. I loved the fact that they had a kitchenette with a microwave, making it easy to prepare quick meals. The satellite TV and air conditioning were also a nice touch. The private bathroom was clean and had a great shower. as a guest, I felt really at home and had everything I needed during my stay.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the seating area in some units. It felt a bit cramped and could have been more comfortable.

Free parking nearby, how exciting! The airport is conveniently close, just in case I need to make a quick escape. And they even have a sun terrace, perfect for sunbathing and pretending I'm on a glamorous vacation.

Oh, but how unfortunate that there was no disco ball in my room to complete the fabulousness. So disappointing.

amazing stay in larnaca, operetta house made it even better. outstanding apartment design, wonderful location near lazarus church. quiet with a great view from the balcony. manager was helpful and tried his best to solve any problems. good wlan connection and easy parking nearby. definitely would stay again despite a few minor issues.

church bells started ringing at 6am

We had a lovely week with beautiful weather in such a convenient location. Being so close to everything and just a short walk to the seaside was fantastic. And breakfast at the hotel and enjoying coffee anytime was a nice bonus. Although the church bells at 6:30am initially shocked us, we quickly adapted and could sleep through them. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

During my recent stay at Operetta House, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the level of privacy and safety provided. The staff were very good too accommodate any requests I had, such as supplying additional amenities and providing helpful local information. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything I wanted to explore. The apartments themselves were brand new and offered comfortable and well-maintained accommodations. The view from my room was also fine, overlooking a charming little square. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Operetta House is perfectly located next to St Lazarus Church, close to the main point of interest in the old town of Larnaca. the rooms are clean and spacious, with the added bonus of a balcony. the staff are friendly and extremely helpful, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay.
